What replacement means

Everything comes off first.

Laying new shingles over old hides exactly the thing you’re paying to have fixed. We strip the roof to the deck so the surface underneath gets seen and, where it’s soft, replaced.

The complete old system comes off — shingles, underlayment, failed flashing. Debris contained and hauled out, not left in your yard.

Decking

Soft, rotted or delaminated sheathing gets replaced before anything goes back down. On one job that meant 120 plywood panels.

Timeline varies by project size and weather. Most residential homes take one to two days to complete. We provide detailed scheduling during your consultation.

02 Is it possible to install over existing shingles?

We typically recommend full removal to properly inspect and address underlying issues. This ensures better long-term performance.

03 What warranties are included?

Comprehensive manufacturer warranties on materials plus our own workmanship guarantee. For decking we solely use GAF Certified products, and shingles include a 25+ year warranty.

04 How should I prepare my property?

We’ll provide a detailed preparation checklist, but it generally involves clearing driveway access, protecting landscaping and securing outdoor items. Our team handles most of the preparation.
