Covered porch with tongue and groove ceiling at dusk
Exteriors

We build more decks and porches than anything else.

Siding, soffit and fascia, chimneys, gutters, patios — and the outdoor rooms people actually end up living in.

Decks & porches

Framed like structure, finished like furniture.

Demolition, footings, support posts, LVL beams, decking, stairs, rails and trim. We build the whole thing, including the roof over it and the wiring in it.

Screened, covered, and wired.

A porch stops being a deck once it has a roof, a ceiling and a light switch. We frame the structure, roof it, run the electrical and finish the tongue & groove.

New builds
Screened porches, covered porches with a pitched roof, pergolas with clear polycarbonate roofing. Built from the footings up in Mt. Juliet, Hermitage and across Middle Tennessee.

Repairs & extensions
Rotted boards, failing stairs, sagging beams, tired skirting. Often a four-foot extension gets you the space you wanted without a whole new structure.
6x6 board replacement · Stairs & handrails · Deck skirt repair · LVL reinstallation · 4ft extensions
Siding

Siding is weatherproofing that happens to be visible.

Old siding off, damaged plywood and sheathing replaced, house wrap detailed properly, then new siding aligned and installed. Skipping the layer underneath is how leaks come back.

The details

The small stuff that decides whether the big stuff lasts.

01
Chimneys
Counter flashing sealed and reinforced, Hardie siding and trim to enclose a failing chimney, cedar wraps, and fabricated copper caps that outlive everything around them.
3-piece copper caps · Counter flashing · Hardie & trim · Cedar
02
Soffit & fascia
Usually the first thing to rot and the last thing anyone notices. Replaced to improve both the structure and the finish line of the roof.
Soffit · Fascia · Aluminium & Hardie
03
Gutters
Gutters and gutter guards. Keeping water moving is the cheapest structural protection you can buy.
Gutters · Gutter guards · Downspouts
04
Patios & pavers
Demolition, grading, crush and rock base, then pavers. The base is the job — the pavers are just what you see.
