One contractor for the whole property.

A leak is rarely just a roof. It runs into the fascia, then the siding, then the drywall — and most homeowners end up managing three contractors who each blame the other two.

We do all of it. Roof, siding, soffit and fascia, chimney, deck, porch, floors, paint, turnovers. One crew, one number, and nobody to point at but us. That’s the whole reason we kept adding trades instead of specialising in one.

What we do

Four ways we end up on your property.

Full tear-off, because you can’t inspect a deck you just covered up.

Old system off · Decking inspected · OSB replaced where it’s soft · New system on

Common questions

Straight answers.

01 What signs mean I need a new roof?
Damaged or missing shingles, water damage showing up inside, heavy granule loss in the gutters, and age — anything past about 10 years is worth a look. A free inspection settles it either way.
02 Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We work directly with all insurance companies, pull the storm data, document the damage thoroughly, and help you navigate the claim from start to finish.
03 How long does a roof replacement take?
It varies with size and weather, but most homes are done in one to two days. You get a real schedule at the consultation, not a guess.
04 What does it cost?
It depends on size, materials and complexity — anyone who quotes you a number before seeing the property is guessing. Our estimates are detailed, written, and free, with no surprise line items later.

Free inspection, free estimate, no pressure.

Tell us what’s going on and we’ll come look at it. If it doesn’t need replacing, we’ll tell you that too.
